James has recorded countless bands both live and in the studio. Based at the Grace Emily Hotel. He has recorded national artists.and many local acts. He is conscious of the need to capture a good performance rather than the technical agenda. Any clear recording is a good recording, the content is captured not the equipment... His contribution to the SA music industry is dedicated, substantial and appreciated by many organizations, bands and individuals. As a long standing member of SAMIA James is passionate about making the local industry viable to support the many artists, including himself, that struggle against the odds to make art. |
