When I started this story, that is, working at the Womadelaide Festival, I was about to have an anticipated
minor surgery which turned out to be something rather more taxing than expected.
The first few days out of hospital I
worked on this story and then, probably somewhat overcome by what I had just endured, put it away until now....so very sorry to all concerned but I hope you will enjoy the very interesting graphics and rather mindless prose :-)
cheers again

WOMADELAIDE:
The scale of the event....... six stages, three days and nights
of music, all contained within an inner city botanic park.
The time passes quickly but the memories always endure.
Going to Womadelaide is like a religious event for some, and at the least
an ideal opportunity for old friends to meet and pass some time listening to some of the planets best music.
As the weekend progresses and the performances continue unabated, this unique and superior festival of World Music
affects the many thousands of music lovers in an almost transcendental
way.
